- 2010 - Competed in the Design Innovation Contest, DIC 2010. Awarded First Prize by the National Innovation Agency
- 2011 - NARA Medlife collaborated with the Thai-German Institute to research and develop this design, spending approximately 2.5 years to create a prototype of the microneedle patch. During this time, it was not yet able to deliver active ingredients or contain medication.
- 2016 - For approximately 2 years, the company collaborated with the Faculty of Engineering at Chulalongkorn University to research and develop microneedles.
- 2019 - NARA Medlife collaborated with the National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) to research and study the performance of substance delivery from microneedle patches.
- 2020 - The microneedles were successfully developed, and the company obtained a license for the microneedle technology from NSTDA, securing exclusive rights to the production technology in Thailand. In 2022, the company changed its name to Nara MedLife Co., Ltd. to further develop products that can compete in the market.

WORKING PRINCIPLE :
Small Needles: Solid Microneedle Patch consists of numerous small needles.
Piercing the Skin: When the Microneedle patch is applied to the skin, these needles penetrate the outer layer of the skin (epidermis).
Substances Absorption: For solid Microneedle, after remove Microneedle, apply the desired substances on the skin. The substances are gradually absorb into the body.
For coated Microneedle, The desired substances are either coated on or embedded In the surface of the needles. When the needles come into contact with the skin, the substances are gradually released and absorbed into the body.
